At Experience Niagara, I played a pivotal role in developing this new business unit and brand from the ground up. I was responsible for shaping the vision, creating the operational structure, and integrating various business units to ensure seamless collaboration. I also spearheaded the design and launch of new travel packages, including corporate retreats, which became a cornerstone of the company’s offerings. My hands-on approach allowed me to build the company’s foundation and drive its growth, overseeing everything from marketing strategies to client relationships. This comprehensive involvement positioned me as a key leader in the business, shaping both its operations and long-term direction.

My strategic leadership was pivotal in launching the new brand, creating synergy between multiple business divisions, building a cohesive leadership team and driving product innovation.


Leading Trips and Content Strategies for H2O4all

Roles: Trip Lead, Photographer, Videographer, Fundraising and Engagement Advisor

As a Trip Lead for the international water charity, H2O4all, I led corporate volunteer groups to countries like Kenya and Cuba. My role involved orchestrating meaningful travel experiences, ensuring smooth logistics, and fostering team engagement.

As the trip’s storyteller, I captured the essence of our journey through photography and videography, documenting the impactful work of providing sustainable water solutions. The visual content I created not only highlighted the transformative nature of these projects but also connected audiences back home to the cause, increasing awareness and support for global water initiatives.

Making Headlines at Joy Radio News

Role: News Director at Joy Radio (AM 1250 CJYE)

I led the editorial strategy and operations for the news division, ensuring that our content was timely, relevant, and aligned with the station’s mission. I conducted extensive daily research to curate news stories that resonated with our audience, and as an on-air personality, I delivered compelling broadcasts that built listener trust and engagement.

I also coached and mentored a team of newscasters, improving the quality of our editorial content and expanding our reach within the Christian media market. My leadership enhanced the station’s news offerings and increased its market influence.

Breaking Barriers and Emboldening Audiences at Faith Strong Today

Role: Director, Producer, Host, Writer

I wrote, hosted, and produced 120 episodes of a weekly series that explored the intersection of top news stories and the Christian faith. I developed the show’s format from basic news reports into in-depth videos that not only covered current trends but also offered theological reflection and practical advice for everyday life.

I was responsible for shaping the creative vision and execution, ensuring that each episode engaged and inspired a global audience while staying true to the mission of Faith Strong Today. My work significantly increased audience engagement, establishing the series as a trusted source of thoughtful, faith-driven content.
